I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. the spacious and clean rooms were definitely one of the best aspects of my stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby, which made it very convenient for me. the breakfast served by the staff was absolutely delicious.
I was quite disappointed that the room I booked was different from what I expected. Although the staff tried to fix this issue, it was still inconvenient.

We stayed at a wonderful hotel in the heart of a historic city. the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to provide outstanding service. the rooms, equipped with everything we needed, were spacious, clean and comfortable. the delicious breakfast served daily was a highlight of our stay. Places to eat and shop were all within walking distance, making it a great location for exploring the city. We also enjoyed some beautiful views from our room.
The staff struggled with English communication, but it did not affect the quality of service.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped rooms, which were kept clean throughout our stay. The breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating, preparing our meal even for an early check-out. Also, the hotel's location was perfect - close to many restaurants and main shopping areas in the city.
We did encounter some communication issues with the staff due to the language barrier. It would have been helpful if they had an English-speaking representative available. In addition, there was a mix-up with our room bookings, with some members of our group being given double bed rooms instead of the twin rooms they had booked. This caused some inconvenience and frustration for our group. though, we had a decent stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
